In a great location close to the iconic Fox Glacier. Very friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to help guests, especially Evie. The rooms have recently been refurbished to a high standard and are very clean. Thank you for a great stay.

“The cramped space, poor room servicing and cold cooked breakfast would stop us revisiting.”
The operations manager was very helpful and did her best to assist us and we feel has a thankless task providing a good customer experience. This included organising a dinner for us despite being told by the catering manager to go elsewhere to eat even though no where else was availabe.

“Great heli ride to the Fox glacier otherwise there is no reason to stop at Fox Glacier”
We arrived late and staff did not tell us that we have to book for dinner All places were closed for bookings and we slept after eating some chips You have to post and inform people that booking in a near by hotel for dinner is a Must at Fox glacier
