“The refund for this booking has not been forwarded to me.”
This booking was cancelled and Haka Lodge have processed the refund to Booking.com but I have not received it - Phil Bourke Booking number: 5498376928 Can Booking.com please process this refund. I have messaged Booking.com several times but I have not had a response.

“Ok - for a lonew traveller looking for a warm comfortable bed.”
The facility requires a lot of mointennce - it looks and feels like a deserted ghost town!

The hotel rooms with bathrooms were clean, comfortable and updated. Good value for money. I would recommend for budget friendly accommodation right in Fox Glacier. Close to amenities.

“We didn't stay, demanded a refund”
This motel was nothing like the pictures shown. Mould in rooms, smell, the whole facility was run down rotten boards on steps. Don't know why booking.com is allowing false advertising. Its a serious health hazard.

“Great location, basic”

“Disgusting and horrible unsafe to stay”
Nothing unable to stay at location, so run down. No staff. Does not appear like photos. Squashed bugs on wall. Strong odour of mold even tho windows where open to the point you could not breath in rooms. Blood on walls

Location was good. Beds were clean and comfortable. Bathroom was tiny but clean.
