“DO NOT BE FOOLED!”
The picture above is misleading!! Do not be fooled as we were. Every email and message we received from booking com showed the above photo with lovely wide windows on 3 sides on the first floor. When we arrived we were in fact given a completely different dark WINDOWLESS room on the ground floor. Attached to this room was another curtained room. When we opened the curtains we found our view looked straight into a carpark with no privacy. Very disappointing and false deceptive advertising and description. An obvious case of being duped and missold and I'm surprised booking.com provided no compensation in this case ,,😧
