Quiet beautiful location (with everything you need to cook, good AC, insect nets), clean, close to beautiful beaches and restaurants (you will need a car though), parking with shading. Owners were very nice and welcoming (if you need anything just ask). Location looks like in the photos. Good place for a relaxing vacantion especially if you have children.

The apartment was very comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. One of the things we truly appreciated was the flexibility the location offered: we could enjoy the west coast beaches in the morning, and then switch to the east coast in the afternoon to avoid the strong midday sun. It made our beach days much more enjoyable! The host was incredibly thoughtful, and we were pleasantly surprised by the welcome gift upon arrival. These small gestures made us feel truly cared for and added a personal touch to our stay.

Spotlessly clean place. Good-sized rooms and comfortable furniture. Lots of utensils and crockery in the kitchen. Conveniently located between the village and its beach (30 min walk). In less than 10 min by car you can be at Possidi beach. Very helpful and kind host.

Everything was wonderful. The view of the olive trees, the nice terrace, the access to beautiful beaches (by car), parking for the car. The apartment is wonderful. Yannis, the host has thought of everything and makes your stay great. Thanks, Yannis. Just keep in mind that the sofa bed expands into two single beds, not a double bed..

Giannis is the most pleasant host we have met in the last few years! He is very determined to make your stay nothing less than perfect. First of all, the apartment is absolutely as shown in the photos. Super clean, tidy and fresh. Very well equipped! Literally even trash bags, extra things, etc. You will have everything needed and more. Good conditioning, working TV, hot water 24 hours, etc. The placement is excellent. You will need a car to get to the beach or the city, but you need it anyway during your stay in Halkidiki. However, the house is placed in a very silent place, without music from bars, etc. The garden is very clean and lovely, there are hills around, it's just a pleasure to drink tea on the terrace. By the way, there is a very nice barbecue area (with a water tap and other facilities). The parking has tents for cars, which is super helpful with the Greek summer conditions. Once again, the owner is amazing! Super friendly and willing to make your stay pleasant. Thanks to Giannis, we've been to the local Greek festival and even to the Zizel ballet in the forest! Moreover, he recommended to us beaches, shops, tavernas, etc. We stayed for 2 weeks, and this was a super positive experience. I assume we will get back for sure. Highly recommend this amazing hotel!

“Very nice apartment and good location.”
We had an apartment on the ground floor that had a large dining area, so we could enjoy the mornings and evenings near the olive tree garden. It is located in a very quiet area and a few minutes away by car to stores like markets, bakery, grocery and restaurants. The cleaning is very well done, the beds are comfortable and in the kitchen you find everything you could need for a vacation. The host is very careful, gave us a lot of advices, brought us sweets and wine and made us feel very welcomed.

Very nice and clean place, with all the necessary facilities in the apartment and also outside, including parking with a roof. Our host was very kind and available. We really enjoyed the olive yard and lights in the evening.
