“Customer first kind of service”
This hotel put customers at first. I had some items to be courier out, I do not have local number to do so, Aylin and Derrick helped me to arrange and pay on behalf, made it so easy for me. I just have to return them the money, very good service. The rooms are very clean too, they do cleaning everyday, good vibes when dealing with their staffs.

“It was good. I recommend it to others”
Location is little far from the nearest Metro Station, almost 2 km but it is recommended to take a taxi when you get off from train at financil high tech station exit A to the hotel. This location is also far from airport. You need to change 2 lines to reach to financil high tech station exit A, but it is highly recommended as the hotel is superb. My only complain is that sometimes the reception people were unable to respond properly due to language issue. So please add 1 english speaking person on front desk in morning & in night shift
