My wife and I came to China to attend the Canton Fair and met Amanda at the front desk. She is a very responsible front desk clerk. During our stay, she helped us solve many problems. My wife likes her very much. On the last day of our departure from China, we had some communication misunderstandings with the driver. Amanda helped us solve it and ensured our smooth departure. This trip to China has been very satisfactory to me. I hope to meet her again when I come to Hilton Foshan next time.

The shower tap was not working properly. Only hot water is coming. Also, the room's small fridge was not working. Informed reception but didn't fix it.

Breakfast is really good, and many options are available. Location is also so convenient, and the shopping mall is in front of the hotel.

“Excellent”
I had a pleasant stay. Michelle, Mandy and other members of staff provided excellent service and went above and beyond to assist me, even with the language barrier. Their dedication to helping guests made my experience comfortable and enjoyable. I truly appreciate their efforts and would recommend this hotel to others. The room was well equipped with everything I needed, and the food was great.

If you were not part of a tour the restaurant was not open, the bar was closed most days and there was no atmosphere. Location is great and if you do not need a pool then it’s a comfortable hotel. You might need google translate to talk to the reception staff at times.
