“Great location. Lovely surroundings. Friendly staff. Great restaurant.”
We stayed in the junior suite which was a good size and well presented. It was a great base to visit the local area. We ate in the restaurant for the two nights we stayed and the meals were excellent, as was the service.

“Beautiful grounds. Wonderful place for bird watching, saw3 kinds of toucans,sloth,possum.”
Breakfast was very good. Room very comfortable. Shower and bathroom were excellent. Pool lovely. Nice viewing deck to see the birds,Iguanas and a croc. Beautiful grounds along the river. You need a car to do any activity in La Fortuna area as it’s a 30 min drive. Staff were excellent especially front desk and morning and night tour staff. The only downside was no fridge in room for keeping cold water. Our deck was lovely to sit, read and listen to the birds and howler monkeys.

“Nice place, incredible evening walk, lots of things to do”
Huge resort, but it was very quiet when we were there. The staff is really friendly, we got an upgrade to the best building (700's) and the evening walk tour was amazing: we saw lots of animals, and even a mom with a baby sloth!!

“Great stay in a lovely hotel”
Breakfast was great, buffet style, everyday fresh and delicious. Staff were professional and polite. The hotel is located in a lovely piece of land by a river. The gardens are meticulously taken care of.

“Bird watching at breakfast”
We saw fantastic creatures at the property including iguanas, howler monkeys from our balcony, red eyed frogs and a great variety of birds. We loved being able to watch the birds at breakfast and the breakfast choices were very good.

Lovely resort with lush garden, view on the river with some wildlife. Nice pool and jacuzzi to relax after busy days visiting Arenal area attractions.
