“Good location and great access to the hot springs”

We had a good stay overall. The location was very central and convenient, with easy access to restaurants and shops. The room was simple but spacious, clean, and comfortable enough for resting after a day of exploring. The breakfast was also quite simple, but adequate to start the day. The highlight of the stay was definitely having access to the hot springs at Volcano Lodge. This made the experience much more special and relaxing. The hot springs were only about 5–10 minutes away by Uber, which made visiting them very easy and convenient. Overall, a good option if you are looking for a comfortable stay in a great location with the bonus of enjoying the thermal pools.

The location was excellent—clean and right in the heart of the city, which made everything very convenient. There was complimentary tea and coffee available 24 hours a day near the reception, which was a nice touch. The hotel also had a pool, although we didn’t get a chance to use it. On clear days, there was a beautiful view of the Arenal Volcano. Breakfast was great, and the one-day complimentary access to the hot springs was definitely a standout bonus.

Great location. In the town so easy to walk to get dinner. Very nice people. Room big enough and comfortable. Combination with hot springs is for sure and advantage

They gave us passes to Volcano lodge which is about a 10-15 min drive away and it was really lovely. The breakfast was particularly delicious and the staff were friendly. Good location on a quiet street but easy to walk to many good shops and restaurants

Location was nice (free parking in the premises). Breakfast was good. Room was decent size, clean bedsheets, perfectly working air conditioning. As a curtesy we've had access to Volcano Lodge Hotel, where you can enjoy some hot springs. Many restaurants in the area within walkable distance.

Very clean and spacious room with one king size bed and one normal, friendly stuff, we stayed for 2 nights, but we should have stayed longer, as there was a lot of things to do around. There's a pool and coffee & tea available for 24 h/day. Garden full of birds, which can be very loud especially in the morning :-) The central position is very good, we had lots of restaurants and shops around, the square with very nice Christmas decorations we went to in the evening. On one evening we used the possibility to go to the hot springs in the sister hotel Volcano Lodge and it was fantastic 👌 Naturally hot water coming from Earth as there's the volcano Arenal, lots of litte pools and jacuzzis in the hotel area, sauna and bar. During the day we went for a zipline trip with Sky adventures and it was one of the most exciting experiences we've made 👍 Mystical hanging bridges tour was worthy too. At the reception they borrow the hair dryers 😊

Great breakfast. Swimmingpool was nice with view on the vulcano. Tarace on the roof also give a great view on the vulcano. No problem with parking. Good location - close to the center yet a bit away from the main road. Coffee and hot water and tea available in the rest place - with coffeetable, sofa and armchairs next to the reception (also the toilets there). Ice-machine also available behind the reception building.
