“Fantastic peaceful hotel in La Fortuna”
The front desk team were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is really nice. It’s a great location - 2 mins to main road with restaurants but away from noise. Plus the price is extremely good!

La Fortuna Lodge is really well located in the centre of town, close to lots of great bars and restaurants. The rooms are a good size and the view of Volcan Arenal from our room was amazing. The breakfast was tasty and the staff all very helpful and friendly.

“Friendly staff, great location, lovely rooms and Excellent breakfast”
Arrived to the warmest welcome, particularly from Melanie who settled us into our room which overlooked the volcano. Perfectly situated in the centre of La Fortuna but not directly on a main road so nice and quiet. Gorgeous breakfast every morning and appreciated the access to a chilled and hot water tap 24/7. Our first stay in Costa Rica and we were sorry to move on to our next location after only three nights. Could not ask for a better base for all the adventures Arenal has to offer.

Fortuna Lodge is a great option if you want to be staying in central Fortuna but in a very quiet location . Comfortable room , very clean , good breakfast. exceptionally helpful staff especially Melanie who helped us organise trips and transfers.

La Fortuna lodge is perfectly located, close to really good restaurants. From the shared terrace we had a fantastic view of the Arenal Volcano. Every morning we had a delicious breakfast and everything was spotlessly clean. The staff took care of everything we needed, including doing our laundry. They also gave us great recommendations and helped us with booking tours etc. We loved our stay!

“Great location and breakfast”
The hotel and staff were lovely and very helpful. The hotel is in a super central location so you can easily walk anywhere, but it’s set back 2 streets from the Main Street meaning you have peace and quiet at night. Room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast we were served every morning was delicious - my favourite out of all our stays in Costa Rica!

“Practical stay in la fortuna.”
Centrally located but quiet position. For the money it was great. We had an internal room but did the job as we were out for most of the day. Nice hot shower. Spotless. Good breakfast. Nice terrace to relax.

Beautiful lodge, clean room, terrace with the view of Arenal. Delicious breakfast. And the staff were amazing, especially Mariella, who helped me out when I got stung by a scorpion (I probably brought him with me in my shoe from Tamarindo. Apparently, they are not common in La Fortuna)
