“Do not hesitate to stay here”

The view of the volcano was magnificent! The grounds were lovely and the hot spring on site was fantastic. We had a lovely dinner there and the staff was friendly and helpful, even coming to get us and the kids to see all sorts of wildlife at night on the property. Our cabin was spacious, clean and comfortable.

A nice hotel right in the touristy area. great views over looking the arenal volcano. The mineral springs are a really nice adddition and place to relax after a day hiking.

“A slice of paradise”

This was our second stay at Hotel Kokoro and I was worried that it wouldn't live up to my memory but it didn't disappoint. We had a lovely spacious cabin with the biggest and most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The staff are friendly and helpful, the breakfast is one of the best I have had in Costa Rica, the pool was lovely and I enjoyed time in the hot spprings. We will book again next time we visit.

Great location and views. The hotel has it’s own nature trail where we saw snake, armadillo, spiders, birds, etc.

The property had gorgeous landscaping that attracted many birds so wildlife viewing on the property was great. The view of the volcano was nice. The pool was nice too. The restaurant was okay, and not busy. The breakfast buffet was pretty good.

Hotel Kokoro was in a perfect location with each cabin situated to have views of Arenal volcano. We loved the hot springs, the pool, the open air dining with great food. Everyone was very helpful in making sure we connected for tours in the area..if which there are plenty to choose from. We extended our stay for an extra day.

friendly staff, happy to point out the night wildlife. The room was basic but as advertised, and it was enjoyable to relax on the deck and watch the birds and animals in the forest all around. The hot springs were relaxing and just meters away from the room.

You can see the volcano from almost any part of the hotel. Nature surrounds the rooms, the restaurant, the mineral hot springs. You feel like you are staying in the forest.

Easy to find, the location is perfect! Far from the hustle of the touristic town, close to the parcs and THE VIEW right on the volcano! The pool and hot pools were top notch !

It is a great resort with lots of nature and even private hot springs.

“Wonderful”

The location of the hotel is amazing. When there is no fog the volcano is beautiful. The thermal baths are very good, you don't even have to go to bigger baths. The breakfast buffet is also perfect. The staff was very nice.Wooden houses are suitable for the purpose.

It is an amazing place close to La Fortuna. It had a three-tiered mineral spa pool with incremental temperature. There is a surprising wildlife in the beautiful tropical garden. We spotted tons of birds, agutis, costa rican frog, hummingbirds just by walking in the garden. There is a bar for dinner and cocktails, and also a great buffet breakfast (included) is served there. Very kind and helpful stuff.

Amazing gardens and grounds, you can see so many animals and birds from your front porch, lovely hot springs, pool, breakfast area, staff friendly, huge rooms, great loaction.

Breakfast had nice fruit and interesting options. The wildlife was amazing and the hot springs were hot, green and very laid back. The room worked well and the staff enjoyed pointing out the animals.
