“Fabulous family hotel”

The thermal hot springs on site were fabulous!! We spent whole afternoons relaxing in them, with kids 8,6 and a 6 month old. All adored them. The on-site farm was also brilliant and a great activity for the kids - we milked a cow, collected eggs and had pony rides. The children were ecstatic.

Cute little village hotel, with multiple hot springs and also normal swimming pool. The rooms are clean and the garden was luxuriant. Great place to stay with kids as they have a farm where children can get involved if they want to. The hotel has a small playground. We had a double room, with two large beds, big enough to fit 2 adults and 2 children. We also saw a sloth on the hotel grounds.

Reception staff were excellent and extremely helpful and accommodating. Bar and restaurant staff similarly excellent. Very beautiful landscape and hot pools. Farm was very popular for children to pick eggs, milk the cow and feed the calf. The spa was exceptional and very relaxing, but a bit pricy

Nice casitas, comfortable beds, very clean, AC is a plus. Gardens and all the pools are spectacular. The restaurant serves delicious food.

There are so many properties to choose from in La Fortuna, you won’t be disappointed with this choice. Beautiful hotel in stunning grounds. The staff were all fantastic to deal with. Breakfast was delicious and enjoyed while looking out at the many birds who come to feed close by. The hot springs are gorgeous and lovely bar area near those. Highly recommend.

Surrounded by nature, with beautiful hot springs and views of the volcano. So much wildlife and the farm on site. We saw a toucan at the hot springs and the birds at breakfast were beautiful. Staff were so helpful and friendly and the rooms and facilities were very clean.

Hot Springs were a bonus. Massage and day spa treatments were great but a little expensive.

We absolutely loved our stay at El Silencio del Campo! The food was delicious,compliments to the shef,the staff was kind and attentive and the whole place feels like a tropical paradise.We loved seeing the cute farm animals and even spotted a sloth in the garden - such a special experience! The termal pools were clean and so relaxing. Everything was pwrfect- highly recomended! 🥰

The property is so nice in the middle of the nature with private hot spring and right in front of the vulcano. We saw a sloth and a toucan and other animals inside the property.

We had a fantastic time at Hotel El Silencio del Campo. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The grounds are beautifully maintained, featuring lush gardens filled with birds. Every morning felt like a mini birdwatching session, as we enjoyed watching numerous birds—and even a curious squirrel—visit the restaurant during breakfast. The on-site farm was a lovely place to explore, adding a unique local charm to our stay. We also appreciated the on-site restaurant, which offered different menus each evening. On the days we didn’t feel like venturing out, it was the perfect spot to enjoy a delicious and relaxing dinner right on the property. The natural hot springs were an excellent bonus—peaceful and rejuvenating. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to unwind in nature with warm hospitality!
