“Loved every minute.”
Excellent rooms, great location close to town but next to La Fortuna river. Pools are incredible and well maintained. The staff spend a lot of time looking after the place. Felt very private and not a lot of properties so you didn’t see many people, felt very exclusive and premium for the price. The spa was also good, had an excellent massage

“Lovely Hotel”
A little slice of paradise only a short drive from La Fortuna town centre. We saw so much nature! We loved the hot tub and slide. Breakfast was really good and liked all the different options for dinner. The view of Arenal volcano in the restaurant was stunning too. Town centre was walkable if you're good with heat but easy to get a taxi / Uber at very low price. We could walk to the chocolate rainforest tour & el Salto rope swing from here too.

Beautiful property which was so peaceful. Lovely clean spacious room, enjoyed bird watching from the terrace. Great views of Arenal Volcano from the restaurant. Excellent breakfast and lovely staff. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

“A lovely surprise of being in your own quiet resort”
A big surprise as more resort than hotel where you wander through road ways to your room. Amazing modern room with electric blinds, Alexa, small kitchenette and outdoor spa bath. Restaurant served many Costa Rican dishes with plenty of choice. A lovely setting with a view of the volcano when the lack of cloud cover allowed. 2 large pools and hot tub area. A very quiet resort with friendly staff and a great location being just a 20 minute walk from La fortuna. Would not hesitate to recommend.

“A bit of lush”
This is a lush place. The staff were very polite and obliging. It was lovely being next to the river. We enjoyed the hot tubs and the restaurant.

“Well located, green hotel with friendly atmosphere and good facilities”
Well located hotel with two swimming pools, a jacuzzi and gym. Rooms were clean and modern with large, comfortable beds. Breakfast was good too. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is great and people were very nice. We stayed in a room where you could hear the river all the time, so if thats the kind of thing that would disturb your sleep, please be aware. Swimming pools were good and it has some nice sport amenities including a gym.

“Comfortable stay at a nice high end hotel with lots of sport options”
High end hotel with own jacuzzi and had padel court, basketball court so great for me and my son to play and my wife to enjoy the jacuzzi. It was in very well protected area and lots of privacy.

“Not what we expected, would not return”
Lots of nature, feels safe with a large entrance gate, many sport facilities (padel, basketball, football, gym etc). Seems kid friendly with a slide by the pool and 3 pools. Private Jacuzzi was very spacious, larger than it appeared on the pictures.

“Scamming you in exchange rate BEWARE”
BEWARE !!! THEY WILL SCAM YOU !!!! This hotel has scammed us at the moment of payment. They overcharged us 10% of the amount booking (!!!) applying an internal exchange rate higher than the official rate without any disclosure prior to payment. The worst that shows their dishonesty is that we asked for a detail of the invoice at the moment of payment and they told us it could only be done at checkout, and when asked for a refund later, they started to yell and claim that we should have looked better and that it was not their responsibility anymore! I have been waiting one week no for an answer but these scammers will not respond I am a seasoned traveler and find this deceiving practice unacceptable. THEY CLEARLY DO THIS AT SCALE AND ABUSE CUSTOMERS
