The staff and the location are great!

Very nice hotel with really good location ( close to the town centre), very helpful staff- they helped us to organize jeep boat jeep to Monteverde and were very quick in response in English. It's very cosy inside as it's not very big hotel. Good breakfast in the restuarant downstairs.

“Excellent value for money”

The staff were extremely helpful and nice. I had an issue with wifi in my room and it was resolved quickly. The pool area is very nice. The location is excellent. The attached restaurant is good and also has very nice staff. The room was clean and sheets and towels were changed daily. I was impressed by the way housekeeping arranged my towels differently each day.

“A perfect stay”

A special mention goes to Fernanda the receptionist who was so helpful professional and friendly and who went out of her way to help us with slightly complicated transfer arrangements and even phoned and booked an early entrance to Mistico park and an uber to get there with Danny the driver - we are so grateful to you!!!

Localization was very good, in the center of La Fortuna. For breakfast there were several option selection from menu but all were very good.

Very central location. FANTASTIC breakfast in joining cafe in great atmosphere. Staff were so so helpful with tours and so brilliant when we had a problem with a transport booking. Rooms are lovely, plenty of communal space and nice little pool.

very nice staff, helped us organize tours and gave great advice for our time in la fortuna, breakfast was very good, you eat at the restaurant next door and choos of five options, beds were very comfortable,

The swimming pool and the volcano view was awesome.
