“Perfect choice in La Fortuna”

We had a great experiencie at Arenal Glamping. All the staff was super sweet and helpful. Girls from reception (Ari, Daniella and Diana) were always ready to assist us. Breakfast was very delicious and had plenty of options. The cabanas were confortable and well equiped. Definetely our favorite hotel in Costa Rica.

Loved everything about this stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, location slightly out of the centre of town and the other side of La Fortuna for the springs (if that was one of the things you wanted to do) but no issue with a car. Plenty of option for breakfast, outdoor gym and surrounded by nature. There was a mother and baby sloth in the tree outside our tent which was a special added bonus!

The location is amazing, with stunning views on the Arenal volcano. The glamping tents are spacious, clean and good equipment like a fridge and airco. You have a nice private deck on the back. The compound is spacious and enough space between the tents. Breakfast is very good and fresh. Nice little gym and yoga area. The Lady at the reception was an angel and really made sure we had a great time. They even arranged a fire pit with marshmallows for the kids! Swimmingpool is nice and there were even two sloths!

Great glamping tent and facilities. Lovely pool with options to also do a fire pit and BBQ. Staff were very nice and helpful. We enjoyed the selection at the breakfast buffet.

Our glamping experience near Arenal Volcano was nothing short of enchanting! The site itself is breathtaking, nestled at the foot of the majestic volcano, surrounded by lush nature and serene beauty. Waking up to the sight of Arenal in the morning mist was a dream come true—an unforgettable way to start each day. The glamping tents were comfortable, stylish, and perfectly integrated into the natural surroundings. Every detail was thoughtfully designed to make us feel both connected to nature and pampered in luxury. We cannot thank the staff enough for their incredible kindness and warmth, especially with their thoughtful gestures for our honeymoon. If you’re looking for a unique, romantic, and unforgettable getaway, this glamping experience is an absolute must.

Great place with lovely view of the volcano. The swimming pool is amazing and Ariagna is a fantastic employee who deserves recognition! She could not have done more to help us with information in general but especially with things to do and visit. Highly recommended is the Trail Mariolas nearby. One caveat, don't cross the manager (Marie if my memory serves me right). I made the fatal mistake of sitting on the counter in the breakfast area only to be told off like a child in a fairly aggressive manner. You could have made your point without making feel like a delinquent :-)

Great location out of town but only a 5 minute drive there. This place was very relaxing and we saw both three and two-toed sloths on the grounds as well as agoutis and a Mottmott bird. The breakfast was the best we had in our 2 week stay in Costa Rica.

“Simply perfect!”

Everything we’d hoped for and more. Peaceful so you can enjoy the wildlife there, but within a 15-20 min walk in to the centre of La Fortuna. But take a torch! Loved the balcony overlooking the forest and listening to the birds every morning. Pool was great too. Super comfy bed and nice shower.

The staff was very kind and helpful. Beautiful surrounding with swimming pool, yoga place, gym, bbq area. Good breakfast. The tent was beautiful.

“Worth every penny if you want to stay somewhere unique!”

Loved the location- off the beaten path- however you do need a car/taxi to town as it is not an easy ride to town. Rooms are very comfortable with good AC! Lovely breakfast and great staff. Beautiful facilities with an amazing view of the volcano. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful gardens , pool and spectacular view of the volcano . Exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff . The best of our entire trip . Nice comfortable tent with shower and outdoor seating . Good breakfast buffet with convenient timings ( we went to the hanging bridges and came back for breakfast) A reasonable distance to walk into La Fortuna to eat in the evening .

We loved our stay at Hotel Arenal Glamping. Its in an amazing setting and everything is incredibly well done. The tents are immaculate and the showers were amazing for a tent! The pool area were great and the whole place had such a relaxed vibe. Dani and all the staff we super friendly and helpful. We even saw Toucans and Sloths at the hotel. Loved it.

“My favorite stay in Costa Rica”

The staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly. They helped arrange spa treatments and trips. They even lit a camp fire for us and provided marshmallows! Great breakfast too. The glamping felt very luxurious with the tents well spaced and private. Accomodation was clean with daily fresh linen service. The al-fresco gym and yoga deck is a nice touch!

The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. We took their recommendations for a sloth tour which was excellent and also a restaurant in La Fortuna which was good. The pool is clean and a reasonable size given the size of the property.

Absolutely everything! The staff were beyond friendly and just the most helpful and kind people. The pool was gorgeous, breakfast was lovely and the atmosphere was top notch. Also the birds and nature everywhere you look was just amazing. I’d come back and stay in a heartbeat.
