Welcome to the elegant Hotel Franceschi, one of the most prominent in Forte dei Marmi's impressive tourism history. The sea is just 100 metres away and Wi-Fi is free throughout. Breakfast was varied and had a lot of choices. The rooms were lovely and had a balcony. The bathroom products were amazing. The staff were wonderful all around and I felt like a queen. The bikes were fantastic for exploring and free of charge.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, breakfast was amazing with lots of options and a nice dining area, honestly felt like a 5 star service with turn down service as well, super clean and comfortable we loved it! Location was quite central as well, plenty of parking.

A nice, quiet, and cozy hotel with a pleasant atmosphere. The overall experience was good — the place is charming and peaceful. However, there were a couple of things that could be improved. At breakfast, no meat or cold cuts were offered by default — they had to be ordered separately, but there was no clear information about what was available or how to order. That was a bit confusing. Also, we paid extra for a room with a balcony, but the balcony turned out to be very small and faced a construction site, which was disappointing.

“Fabulous hotel short walk from the beach. Not to be missed”
Decorated beautifully, felt like I was in somebody’s home. Lounge and outside areas fabulous. Bikes available to use. Private parking available but not much space. Towels and bed linen really good quality. Felt like being in a little oasis

I can't describe in words how fantastic this place is! It's love at first sight! The staff is unbelievably warm and friendly. The breakfast was freshly cooked and offered a wide variety of food. We are especially grateful to the cleaning lady, who did an excellent job! As my son said, we felt like we were part of an Italian family that loved us as if we were their own relatives. We wish you all the best! I will highly recommend you to all of my coworkers and friends, and of course, we plan to come back next year!

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore local attractions, shops, and restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making check-in smooth. The room was spacious and well-maintained, providing plenty of comfort for a relaxing stay.

Very friendly staff, pleasant surpise for upgrading room, very tasty dinner and breakfast, comfortly bed and pillow, all necessary equipment in bathroom, nice balcony. Everything is perfect, worth to come back and stay again in this lovely hotel.
