“Bunkerbed with privacy”
If you come from Europe you can trust in this hostel standard. Clean, practical, with the right ratio between beds and size room. This is my type of bunkerbed like cabin style with privacy. Good toilets with fair equipment.

“Unfriendly staff”
Very unfriendly staff. They were annoyed when I had questions about Fortaleza. The guy in the morning didn’t let me get a coffee at 6, even that the machine was already in use by the staff - I told him I had to leave when breakfast is starting and I was just asking for a coffee before I had to leave. No chance. They really waited until it was 6.30 on time - so I had to leave to catch my bus. Also before I arrived I tried to contact the hotel on booking and on what’s app - never got an answer. They really have to improve their service and hospitality. The hotel itself is nice and modern but the staff is the complete opposite. Pity. I recommend to try other hotels …

“Small room with no bathroom, not really a good value for money.”
Fair breakfast and room. Bad linen and towel new and clean. Quite close to the beach.

“Place under construction. Smell of paint. Rude cleaning lady.”
Lidya working in breakfast area is amazing. She really cares about clients and made me feel comfortable by her hospitality. Location is good.
