Kettle in room, aircon, strong wifi. Its near the Central Market - perhaps the best tourist attraction in the city with good restaurants inside the market, as well. At night the market closes and the other nearby restaurants aren't as good. But the hostel kitchen looked well equiped. Very comfortable stay.

Had an amazing stay at Refugio in Fortaleza! The hostel has a super social vibe, so it’s really easy to meet other travelers and hang out. The owner is incredibly friendly and always has great tips for things to do around the area. The reception team is also awesome – especially Vitória, who always welcomes you with a big smile and is super helpful with anything you need. Everyone speaks English, which makes things really easy for international travelers. I felt really at home here and would 100% recommend staying at this hostel if you’re in Fortaleza. Great people, great atmosphere, and just an all-around great place to stay!

The staff is very helpful and all can speak in English. It can help you in ordering meals or transportation. The WiFi is very good everywhere. The common bathrooms are cleaned every day. There are a lot of places where to meet other people. The kitchen is well equipped and free coffee is provided every day from 7 am. There is a space where cleaning our clothes by hand Very closed to the central market

Nice staff

The hostel has very spacious common areas and even a small garden, which I really enjoyed. The location is great if you are staying just a couple of days — it’s only about a 15-20 minute walk to the beach, where I watched a perfect sunset. Overall, it’s a great value for money and a solid choice for travelers.

We only stayed one night, and arriving quite late at night. The reception works 24/7 and staff speak english (which is a super bonus in Brazil!). The hostel is very close to the central market which is touristic but also quite nice.

The kitchen was pretty decent and the reception staff for the most part really helpful. It was also great to have ample communal space to relax. Location was also pretty good.

One of the best hostels I've stayed in. Really helpful staff (who speak English if you're Portuguese isn't fluent), lovely atmosphere and amazing suites - clean, great facilities and really nice decor.

Nice rooms, perhaps a bit small but with en-suite bathroom which is a plus. Air con and good bed. The common area is very nice and the vibe chilled. The breakfast was really nice!

Super nice and professional hostel. It does have the backpacking vibe but in a more organised way. Everything is very clean and the staff are well mannered. There are no organised events but it’s easy to start chatting to people.

Breakfast was fine , it was taken across the road .Facilities very good clean and bright . Dorms quite spacious and had a patio .Staff very helpful , helped me to navigate an Uber app and get a ride with them to bus station
