A very ncie hotel and a great location. Very good breakfast and restaurant. Moreover Sia restaurante and Rooftop swimming pool are great as well. In front of hotel very nice boulevard, direct access to a nice beach.

The worst receptionist staff I have ever came across in the whole world. They pretend that they don’t speak English. Not helpful at all. I was shocked by their behaviour. Totally unacceptable for a so called 4 star hotel!!

“CHOCKED BY THE HOTEL STAFF ATTITUDE”
Good location but it is quite noisy all the time (day & night) so if you’re looking for peace and a more intimate hotel for your trip in Fortaleza don’t go to Praiano !

The location, the big spacey room and comfortable bed, the huge breakfast buffet, the pool area is nice although some stuff members were not reactive and it took a while before getting someone’s attention and getting our orders.
