“Such bad experience, bad service, bad cleaning, no breakfast included”
Such bad experience, bad service, bad cleaning, no breakfast included, they do not change the towels, nor the blankets, there were ants and cockroach around the rooms, air conditioning do not work well

“Passable for 1 or two nights.”
Location, close to beach. Swimming pool. Extra safety measures (fingerprint to enter, fencing, safety guards). Big balcony. Extra key-card for second guest. Wifi was good. Bedsheets and towels clean.

I can no longer book for any beach class apartment without a CPF because i am a foreigner. On 3 subsequent occasions I was prohibted from booking via ypur booking apps. Your owners and clients all loose significant money because of this stupid, mindless policy. If i could tell the owners directly I would, but you will only send me a polite message, and nor inform them nor change anything.
