“by far the worst hotel I have stayed at”

Upon arrival our room was untidy, 1 of 2 beds were stripped of linen, the bins were full of rubbish and there were no towels available. A complaint was made to a staff member who took photographs and provided us with another room which had no TV remote. The key card provided then failed to work repeatedly preventing us from entering. The facility itself is in what locals and local law enforcement described as a very unsafe part of town. During our stay I observed open drug use in the car park and at times the hallway smelt strongly of cannabis (in a state where cannabis is still very much illegal). I observed a number of persons to come and go from rooms in a manner consistent with drug use and supply. This was evident even during the check in process when a male was overheard on the phone in the lobby organising a drug deal. As a result of the above issues, we left the premises prior to the second night and requested a refund from a staff member who refused to provide a refund. After arguing for some time, a partial refund was agreed to. I would not recommend this premises to any traveller coming to the Forth Worth area.

It has a mini fridge and microwave, big parking space, room is big enough.

After I checked in I went to the room and was not what I had expected (people drinking and smoking being loud outside the room)went back to the office and asked for a refund because I was not able to stay in that place with my family they told me that I can't have a refund even if I don't stay in.

Bathroom shower was broken, water pouring out, bed bugs ( I have a video of bathroom and pictures of bed bugs), no butter, only a non stick spray, barely any cold water coming out of faucets and bath. Had a fire in room across the hall, no alarms went off. Was told by a front desk agent that fire alarms were turned off. I hope there is something that can be done of some kind., reimbursement of some of the money that was spent for all of these inconvienances. I look forward to your reply.
