central location walking distance from Greyhound bus stop if, like me, it was cheaper to bus from Chicago than add another flight. Comfortable bed, nice bar downstairs to chat to other guests and watch sports on TV

Reception staff. Specially Brianna was extremely helpful. My first room was noisy due to large Airconditioning unit outside. Moved twice and she was great to deal with extremely nice and helpful.

The room was not clean. There was food on the floor from previous guest. It appeared the room had not been dusted and/or wiped clean in months. The bath tub was disgustingly stained. Drew at the front desk was a complete smart ass, very unprofessional.

Ice machine was cool. Shower was alittle touchy and hard to work. But bed was nice and then breakfast was great.

“Loved our stay and can't wait to visit again!”
The hotel location was great! Easy to access parking garage across the street. The city location was perfect for exploring Fort Wayne and finding fun shops and restaurants. Plenty to do in the downtown area! The Visitors Center nearby was extremely helpful! They gave us helpful tips, pamphlets, maps and coupons for our stay.
