“Not safe .Bath tub is slippery.Nobody cares that guest felt down.”
I felt down into the bath tub because it is slippery and unsafe there.I had a lot of bruises and very fortunate that I didn't brake anything. Next morning I left a report to the hotel's customer service about the event and was promised to be called during the week.I never had any call from the hotel.When I called two weeks later ,I was promised that someone will take care of it.No results at all.

Generally the property and stay were great. We stayed there at a time when improvements were being made to the property. So we had to walk around the construction dust. While we understand this must happen, it took a little away from a "perfect" stay. I didn't mind the construction work, because the staff and hotel were up to expectations.
