The front desk asked questions thar I never get asked, such as an email address when it was indicated on check-in form. I requested a room close to the elevator as I traveled with my mom, and she is 83 years old. He gave us the room at the very end of the long hallway. When asked about my request, he lied and said it was only room available (I checked websites, and there were rooms still being offered online).. I indicated on the special request and should have been accommodated. Found him to be rude.

“The stay provided us with clean bedding and a quiet room.”
Location to the Dow Centennial Center was good. Breakfast was satisfactory, not great. Liked the rags idea.

“The rooms are nice but housekeeping is poor”
The room is really big and spacious. Nice and updated. Breakfast is pretty basic not that great. Housekeeping is terrible. Only do it every other day and even then very minimum. Take out garbage and give you towels that is it. Don't make the bed let alone vacuum anything.
