“Family weekend adventures”
The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were booked were really nice , clean and comfortable. Our children had a great time in the pool and hot tub.

“Perfect for travels for events in Dow Center”
Was very happy to get rooms this time because the hotel did not have available rooms a month before my travel, but when I've got refuse from another hotel (opposite one), the Southfort helped me with two rooms in 10 minutes. I was with a group of 7 kids, so they saved us!

No refund or room when we showed up to check in at midnight from our flight before a wedding. We booked through booking.com and paid in full. The front desk clerk informed us with a smirk and pretentious disposition that they now have a credit card only rule because somebody allegedly trashed the room recently. I offered hundreds in cash and my ID as I do not use a credit card for booking hotels, and the hollow and insincere apologies we received were nothing short of disrespect. The following night was a nightmare and ultimately that spilled into the wedding. The clerk is lucky to be so disconnected and inhospitable while keeping his job. I would have been appalled if I were the owner or manager that night. Equivocate and Precaricate are words i would use to describe the clerks way of dealing with the situation. Would suggest going somewhere else and will never give them my business or that of my acquaintances.
