“The stay was good other than sleeping on a worn out mattress.”
The bed needs a new mattress the mattress is worn out it's all sunken down in the middle it's terrible to sleep on didn't get good sleep at all.

“Definitely not going back to this Hotel”
The staff in the breakfast needs to be presentable not a dirty staff and handling a food. Breakfast is the important meal of the day and you loose your appetite with this experience and the staff is doing a vacuum on the floor while people are eating just imagine the dust is traveling to your food it's gross

The bed was comfortable, the room was dirty, every time you open the door the ceiling tiles in the bathroom would move and start to slide out of the metal trim
