“Dont book it”

We came and the said us we have to cancel our booking because they dont have room for us. So I had to cancel our booking. Is hard to find something in Fort Portal in the evening.

Staff was very friendly and attentive. The place has nice design and very good value for money. The breakfast was delicious (and a lot of choices). We could really recommend this place!

“A short but comfortable stay.”

Best Value (for money)! The suite is a 2 bedroom + living room = a whole flat for an extremely good price!! Staff were friendly welcoming and efficient. Clean accommodation, fantastic shower hot water with good pressure (quite rare compared to other places). Food was good. What else one needs? Secured parking. It is a bit out of the center. Quiet. If you do want to walk about the busy streets you need to drive. AVOCADO! Since they have an avocado tree, fantastic avocado (delicious variety) was served extra in every meal; it certainly upgraded our enjoyment from the food. The lighting was good (strong) in the living room, in contrary to lodges, so we could easily view maps in order to plan our safari ahead.

“Friendly Staff and a Cozy home”

I loved my stay there. All the female staff are very welcoming, responsive, nice and friendly. I travelled for 34 straight hrs on the road, once I arrived to the Motel, they warmly welcomed me and made me feel like home. They serve delicious breakfast and lunch. The room is clean, very comfortable, and delightful. The bathroom is clean. Even the residents of the Motel are very nice and friendly. I wished I could stay more days, but I had to travel to Entibbe the next day.

The staff were so attentive and helpful. We were given choices for breakfast food and the time we had it. The room was really spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It was mostly very quiet. it was only a short boda boda ride or walk to town. Palm star motel is very good value for money.

My stay at Palm Star Hotel in Fort Portal was an excellent experience, and I highly recommend it! The hotel offers secure parking, which gave me great peace of mind during my visit. For the price, the spaciousness and comfort exceeded all my expectations. It’s rare to find such a great value-for-money experience in this area. Another bonus was the strong water pressure in the shower, which is always a plus. Just a little tip—because of the excellent pressure, the hot water might run out quicker than expected, so be mindful during longer showers!

Five-star service. The staff, especially the receptionist Medius goes the extra mile. She went in town extra to buy a Jackfruit for me and fish for dinner. As a guest you feel very welcomed and they take care about you. And it’s all about customer service nowadays. A good location up on a hill, quiet and just 3 km in town. Very good value for money. Safe parking and security. Highly recommended.
