Excellent location overlooking the beautiful Lake Kyaninga, we loved the view. Really helpful and friendly staff. Close to Fort Portal, yet you feel like you are in the nature. This was our second time staying at this property so the fact we returned indicates that we are pleased.

Beautiful, quiet place on the edge of the crater lake with a stunning view! Nice welcoming refreshing drink after a long drive! We quickly arranged a walk around the entire crater lake with a swim in it! Keep on good work!

The staff were genuine and their service other worldly. The view of Lake Kyaninga inspired. As a vegan the chef went out of the way to accommodate my dietary needs.

The view of the lake from the room was impressive. I had breakfast on a raised platform, which offered an excellent view of the lake. The complementary nature walk around the lake was a great surprise.

It’s the best place we stayed in Uganda. It’s a little bit hard to get there since it’s not inside the city and there is unpaved road until then, but the view, the extremely nice staff, the place itself, the walks around the area and the food make it all worth it

The view from the lodge is just fantastic, the rooms are clean and the staff do everything to make you feel comfortable. Would definitely come back again!

Beautiful and peaceful location. In fact stunning location. Many birds and monkeys around to enjoy the natural environment. Food good and fresh. The guided walk around the Volcanic crater lake was good exercise and a chance to see how the locals live off the land - it was also grasshopper season so we brought some from the children who were catching them and the hotel prepared them for us to try. Only one of us was brave enough 😂 also took the opportunity to ‘bag’ a swim in the volcanic crater lake. It just had to be done. Only for the brave. 😃

Spectacular view! Superfriendly staff, including very happy to give you a tour around the lake, with everchanging amazing views on the lake, the mountains and the surroundings, with fascinating birds and cool monkeys who are as curious about humans than the humans are about them. And, if you ask, they will take you to scenic swimming spot for an "out-of-movie" swimming experience. Delicious Breakfast with excellent coffee served in front of the room with view on the lake at whatever time you want- no better way to start the day. Pick-up from Fort Portal, making the distance on a non-issue.

The lake view from my room was mindblowing, loved that there was hot water, staff were really nice, the cottages are amazing and spacious,loved the peace and quiet with the birds singing in the trees ,breakfast was variety filled and i loved the late evening snacks too. Literally, this place exceeded my expectations.
