Great breakfast cleaning for quiet rooms. Friendly staff. My kids love the pool which is the main reason we stay but the hotel itself is always clean, quiet and super friendly

My Quad was knocked off my truck parked right in front of the hotel entrance. They tied to steal it. Caused lots of damage and will cost me lots of money

“Try to arrange to not stay in Fort Nelson.”
The kitchenette was empty. Two paper cups and that’s it. The carpet was stained and dirty. Decor was dated. Room was dark and damp. No usb ports so you would need a plug adaptor. No maintenance on site after dinner. Staff was nice and helpful. Whole town is smoky.

The location was great! It was right off the highway, easy to find. Beds were super comfortable, pillows were fluffy! Lady at reservations desk was kind and patient, as I arrived a tad later than expected. Very happy breakfast was included!

The pool was lovely after a full day of driving, the hot tub and the slide were excellent. I was also happy that they had pool towels, so we didn't have to use the ones from our rooms. The rooms were nice and clean, and the staff was super friendly. Great stay, will definitely come here again of wee have to stay in Fort Nelson.

The room was so dirty that I requested to move rooms this was done ,the next room was less dirty still had spiders that my hubby killed but way less than the other room
