“I want you to pay for the cancellation.”
They canceled our reservation because we were 7 minutes late after I email them and called many time. We had to fine another place to stay because of the Cancellations. I was very disappointed.

“Not good, i checked out within 2 hours of check in and booked myself into the holiday inn.”
This property almost resembles a shelter housing hurricane families, felt unsafe as hallways were smelling and property is undergoing renovations.
