A wonderful place! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everything is very well organized. The pool is beautiful, and the rooms are stunning — very clean and beautifully designed. We were extremely satisfied with our stay and would definitely come back!

Lovely décoration, feeling in the mood of sun vacation as we arrived. The hotel is new, cleaned.new modern shower. Large pool and on the beach. Food at the pool was ok, food at the jwb grill was delicious a s what a view.

“A fiasco”

The location is not great: the hotel is squeezed between a row of old houses across a busy street from the beach. To get to the beach one needs to take a couple of elevators and a bridge across the road. The area in general is not pretty and not well developed.

The location was great. First time for a resort-like experience for us and that was neat. Amenities were good and the location to the beach and main part of town was great because we could just walk everywhere.

Loved it! The pool is very fun. You were very accommodating putting our room next to our friends. Very fun atmosphere and plenty to do.

“over priced for what I got”

Hotel was beautiful, but a few issues. 1. Lobby smelled like sewer. I do not know why. 2. Front desk staff was not so helpful/pleasant when I raised issue that wrist band stopped working at 11am on check out, as we were still using the report and could not access the elevator. Bar tender did not know how to make a vodka martini. Staff needs more training. Fort Meyers is still recovering from effects of hurricane 2 years ago. While hotel was beautiful, I do not think I would return.

The staff is amazing. Very professional and courteous. A really fun atmosphere.

My colleague and I went to the on-site restaurant for breakfast. We were greeted and seated immediately but were ignored by servers. After approximately 10 minutes, we spoke with one of the servers. We were told someone would be right over to our table. We waited an additional 5 minutes—still no service. So we left. The room was much smaller than I expected.
