“Very nice, clean and friendly...”

The room, sheets and bathroom were very clean. As we only stayed one night and it was raining we could not use the pool. I had inquired about a grab and go packed breakfast as we were leaving very early and a very friendly young man brought it to our room shortly after we had checked in. Overall, excellent, professional and friendly service. I would stay there again

Nice staff and having access to kayaks, bikes and the pool was great. Short walk to get a bus to the beach with was very handy. The bar next door was awsome

Amazing place to stay, great settings, pool area superb, little extras (beach equipment/ kayaks/ bikes all free to use) nice breakfast, rooms spacious and very clean. The river at night is great even saw a dolphin swimming there. Highly recommended this place.

Location on San Carlos Blvd is perfect. Parking is free, enough space for all guests. Very nice garden to relax in the shade. Nice deck chairs on the canal with a view at boats. The tiny reception lady was super friendly and did a perfect job. She moved us even twice: Firstly into our preferred room #108. Unfortunately there the toilet sink wouldn't flush so she moved us a second time. We were treated very well, we liked the new room and will surely come again.

Just next to the road, noisy, expensive and unwelcoming - no one at check in at 7pm - the pictures have been filtered and the overall feeling once you get there is completely different, you feel that you have been fooled! Avoid if you still can and choose one of the other hotels in the area

Having bikes at this location was great. We took an easy ride to the beach which was beautiful. We would have liked to stay another night to use the kayaks!

Authum were very friendly at first we did not like the room , but she was able to fit us in a better room. Breakfast would have been better with some eggs. Overall the receptionist did an amazing job making us comfortable. The building and surrounding were very clean. We loved the view at the office so homely.
