“To Avoid”
I booked via booking.com the same day but it seems that the hotel was full in book , and my room had been not given to me . The reception told me to call Booking to be refund , and they can approve . Nothing since 2 weeks !!! She was supposed to talk. To manager , nothing since Very bad experience
