Good AC. Overall clean room and sheets. Free breakfast has hot items. Staff knows to hold luggage for you if you're there to enjoy Carowinds, which is greatly appreciated if you have a late flight.

“Convenient”
When I arrived to check in, there was no record of my reservation which was made through Booking.com. Not sure what the issue was, but the receptionist kindly worked with me and Booking. Com to resolve the issue. Other than that, the facilities were great, the included breakfast was as expected. Other amenities were not used so I cannot comment on those. I chose this hotel mainly for the location and it served that purpose very well.

There was flooding in my room 302 where the big air conditioner is up under the window. The whole floor was flooded on that side all of it like y’all are gonna have to redo it or it’s gonna rot.

The bedding was clean, but overall, the hotel needs a lot of work done. My first room had a massive leak and had to change. Had roaches in the second room.
