Very comfortable and clean place, quiet, nice decoration and paints. The outdoor area, the porch or the garden is good and quiet spot to have the morning coffee!

I had a wonderful stay at York House, and the host, Jamie, was truly exceptional. She accommodated me during a difficult time and welcomed me with remarkable generosity and warmth—something that’s increasingly rare to find. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling in the area. It genuinely doesn’t get better than this.

The pictures do not give justice to this beautifully decorated and maintained, immaculate property. It was a top-notch experience from beginning to end. All of the essentials were provided for. The hosts were very welcoming and provided lots of tips on the area. The main beach was a short 5 minute drive with shops and restaurants in the area. Highly recommended.

Our hostess, Jamie gave us a warm welcome and assured we were made to feel 'right at home' from the moment we stepped on to the large front porch. There are two spacious bedroom suites which share a huge bathroom. Jamie's policy is to only accommodate friends or families. As we were only one couple, she gave us the entire second floor! It was worth every penny for our two-night stay! There's a small, comfortable sitting area upstairs and a large porch with a swing, bench and numerous chairs. We spent a lot of comfortable time on the porch enjoying the quiet, peaceful neighbourhood. Crystal Beach is a short drive.

Pleasant quiet street , yet close to everything we wanted.

Great location, really clean and Jamie made us feel very welcome. Patio area in the garden is excellent and having the use of a BBQ was a bonus.

Great location that more than met my needs. Was greeted very warmly on arrival. The space was great and had lots of character and charm.

The location was perfect for us, very close to the friendship trail which we were biking on. Ridgeway is such a pretty little town - we loved it. Also so close to Crystal Beach which we also explored a bit. Great restaurants near the York House. Jamie suggested several good ones for us. Jamie was so great to communicate with and very friendly and helpful in person. We also really appreciated a locked shed for our bikes overnight.

Amazing experience, beautiful property. The hostess was attentive, and the beds and pillows were so comfortable. Every attention to detail was thought of, absolute luxury!

The location was perfect for us, we enjoyed being able to walk into town with our dog, as well as walk on the Friendship trail. A beautiful breakfast nook was available with a lovely view, a nice selection of teas and a variety of coffee to choose from, even some delicious local wine was provided! The bed was very comfortable and we loved the decor, especially all the brilliant art work displayed. The entire suite was very inviting, as was Jamie and Dave. They obviously love what they are doing and take great pride in welcoming guests from all over the world.

The house is located in a very quiet, clean, well kept neighborhood. The host Jamie was super nice and very pleasant. The house itself was very clean and well decorated. Thr people in the area we all very pleasant and welcoming. Breakfast at The Breakfast Becon was amazing and well priced.
