Tried call the hotel and booking.com to cancel or change reservation 4 times before even the 48 hour window . No help or answers from the hotel or booking site. Just took the money that’s it .

“It appears that Knights Inn Fort Erie is taking advantage of the situation and acting in bad faith.”
My “stay” at Knights Inn Fort Erie actually never happened. The hotel appeared to be closed and unwelcoming, with no staff available to assist me. Additionally, the property failed to respond to any of my attempts to contact them, leaving me feeling stranded and unsupported.

“Unless you desperately need a place out of the ICE STORM... I'd move on down the road.”
The motel was very close to where we were doing business... convenient in that manor.
