The Comfort Inn Fort Erie hotel is conveniently located near the Peace Bridge to Buffalo, N.Y., as well as Fort Erie Race Track and Old Fort Erie. A nearby service, National Helicopters, gives its customers a bird's eye view of the thundering majesty of Niagara Falls. “Would stay here any time.”
The weekend receptionist was great. She was there when we checked in and again when we checked out and had some questions. She dealt with it very professionally and efficiently. She updated our room for us at no extra charge. We were grateful for that. Had a rough week and it was a nice change to be greeted and treated like a human rather than another number.

We lost all our food that we made and brought and put into the mini fridge. When we came back, the food was all spoiled and we had to throw it out. It was the hotel that was not properly set up for our arrival akd didn't have the appliances properly working. We lost about 100 dollars in food. The guy that called me didn't even say sorry snd was short and unfriendly and unsympathetic to my situation and only agreed to reimburse me 20 bucks.

“The place put my mind at ease once I saw the room was big clean, and the beds were comfortable.”
The breakfast was perfect.. sausage and eggs and toast. Loved that there was coffee and juice provided as well. Tge staff are friendly and the room was great.

The staff were so excellent, very helpful, happy and accommodating, especially Becky. She called us the day of our stay to let us know that they could accommodate our special request of walk in shower and ground floor accommodation which we truly appreciated. Thanks Becky.

“Clean and convenient stay that delivers good value if you keep expectations in check.”
The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly, with a decent breakfast included. The location is convenient, just 15 to 20 minutes from Crystal Beach. That said, keep in mind this is a Comfort Inn, not a Marriott, so go in with realistic expectations and you won’t be disappointed.

It is 15 mins drive from Crystal Beach, the rooms are okay..they offer hot breakfast.
