The room was clean and everything worked ok. The shower was ok, a bit dated but good water pressure. The bed was comfortable. The food was very nice. Staff members were nice. There was a starbucks in the hotel which was very nice and handy. The location was very good for what I visited for.

“Meh room, good staff, decent hotel”

“Easy to find and nice and central. The large foyer is amazing.”
It was super close to CSU, and easy to catch the bus from there. An easy walk into the old town.

“Come on people, it's Hilton Hotel. We expected a 5 star. I give it a 2.”
Unexpected parking Fee Ice Machine was out of order on all floors. Jacuzzi wasn't working. Swimming pool was cold. Breakfast buffet was cold. Dinner at the hotel ran out of food. Heard loud footsteps from upstairs. Dog barking in the hotel. We could hear the train pass by early in the morning. When it snowed, staff did NOT shovel the snow and did not put ice melt until Monday morning. I guess we need to rest during the week where there is more staff & better service.
