“FAB”
upon check-in, Gabriel very kindly changed our room to one on the first floor and very near an entrance to accommodate my travel companion who has mobility issues. A bit later, when my lighter broke, Gabriel searched everywhere for matches for me to no avail. However, another one of your employees, Zak, overheard and gave me a lighter he claimed was "extra." Service over and above from both of these gentlemen. Give them each a raise.

Quite location, good for an evening walk. It's a drive from the old town, but there are several restaurants in walking distance. Helpful and friendly staff at reception. Large room, comfortable.

“Very clean, well run and comfortable - beat my expectations”
This is a bit of a gem among 2 star hotels. Nothing spectacular, though rooms are reasonably sized they are a bit older. But it is very well run. Check in is efficient, housekeeping excellent (much better than at its neighbor the Homewood Suites where I also stayed), the tiny gym is adequate (and was largely empty when I was there), and it is quiet. It should be stressed it is very clean (despite some reviews saying the opposite which I suspect were planted). Excellent value, better than some more expensive nearby competitors.
