“Very well located, pleasant hotel.”
The receptionists were very nice and helpful. We liked the breakfast. The location is great, near the University and about 20 minutes walk to downtown Fort Collins.

“Unprofessional Billing and Deposit Issues”
I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. They charged my $100 deposit while I was still staying there, and they did not refund it. Furthermore, the amount for the accommodation was not reduced by the deposit, as it should have been. Instead, the full amount for the stay was charged after I checked out. This lack of transparency and fairness regarding billing is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Really enjoyed this property! Breakfast exceeded my expectations. We ate there every morning. Staff was friendly and gave good recommendations for local places to go! Facility was clean too!

“Great if you are visiting CSU”
I was attending a conference st CSU, and so the location of the hotel was perfect for walking to the campus, just across the road. The old town is also some 20 min walk down the road. There is a limited selection of places to eat nearby, otherwise you'd probably want to cycle/drive downtown or to the other side of the campus where there is more choice. The staff were helpful and friendly at every stage. Special shout out to the gentleman overseeing the breakfast, forgot to ask his name The room was clean and comfortable. Bike rental was a nice add-on, which I happily used to explore the area a bit.
