“Nice and quiet location with great pool and great breakfast even for vegetarians or vegans”
The pool is very nice but you can't access it from your room. You have to walk around through the main entrance. The rooms are basic but not bad. Reception staff are very nice. It's nice and quiet location

Good location to visit Modena, Marinello, Parma or Bologna. Nice spaces rooms. Good international breakfast, staff is happy to bring you coffee at the table. McDonalds, Gelatino and supermarkt is across the street. Car parking is onsite.. Pools are great and towels are free for hotel guests.

The hotel is located a short distance by car from Modena center. The room was large, clean and extremely comfortable. Well laid out and thoughtfully equipped.

Very kindly staff. Beautiful area, closed parking. The room (King suit) is very clean, spacious, comfortable. Delicious breakfast on Bianco Nero restaurant.

The restaurant next door, to get your breakfast, charged at €10/day. I also liked that the room was very comfortable and clean. All the amenities you could need. The mini fridge with little snacks and drinks (one beer, the rest softdrinks and water) was a nice touch. Good reception on the TV. And if you're like me, can't speak a word of Italian. You're able to cast shows from your phone to the TV. Very handy indeed. I really liked the shower too, lots of space, and the water pressure was perfect. There's an indoor pool available, too, if you want to wind down after the day.
