Overview
Located in Aragón’s Formigal Ski Resort, Hotel Saliecho offers a free spa, gym and heated swimming pools. In summer, guests can choose from a range of free guided excursions. Rooms at the Saliecho Hotel feature attractive rustic design, with wooden floors and furniture. Each room has central heating and includes satellite TV and a minibar. The hotel’s Ondarribia restaurant serves delicious regional cuisine and a daily continental breakfast. There is also a snack bar with an outdoor terrace and wonderful mountain views. The Saliecho’s spa includes outdoor and indoor swimming pools, contrast showers and a sauna. Massages and beauty treatments are available on request. Set in the Pyrenees just 6 km from the border with France, the hotel is an ideal base for hiking, rafting or skiing. The Saliecho offers ski storage and can arrange ski rental. In winter, there is a free shuttle to the ski slopes.

“Enjoyed stay - almost ski in and ski out.”
Nice hotel with full service. Staff were nice and helpful especially when we do not speak spanish. Half board with breakfast and dinner. Good variety and we enjoyed it. Lady cooking the omelette was very good - remembered our orders. Van transportation to and from the ski slopes - quick and easy, no queues. Clean rooms.

Overall a very clean hotel, incl. the service room for skis. The breakfast was awesome and the personnel in the restaurant too.

“A great stay ! A room and bar with quite a view.”
It was a great hotel. Comfortable, clean, quiet with Epic views. I was apprehensive after seeing some of the reviews but they are unfounded. Would stay here again without doubt. The receptionist was lovely.

We arrived early afternoon in mid summer and had the whole spa with relaxing music & pool area for ourselves for hours. The pool area is dream come true, fantastic mountain views. Perfect terrace for an evening drink, rain or shine. We just came to escape the summer tourist rush of the coast and this mountain hotel was the best pick for us to relax. But if you come for a hike and want to be active, it's perfect too. Guided tours and all info included maps if you go on your own. Just perfect. Coming back for sure.
