The location was fantastic. At the end of a quiet Street. The property was at the highest point in Formello. This is a Family Home since 1960. It has everything a family would want away form the hustle & bustle of Rome. Access to Rome via La Storta Train station. The Metro is probably the cleanest Ive travelled. No need to drive into Rome.

“A great vacation property on the Formello hills! Beautiful garden, pool and fireplaces inside!”
A great location for a vacation. The cute hills not too far from Rome, with a beautiful nature surrounding. A 3-level house with many garden and in-house additions. The garden is exceptional and gives a nice touch to the property. Heating, paid additionally in the colder months, can be in some months be substituted with fireplaces on the levels, an added value for sure.

Very beautiful house with lots of old-fashioned stuff. Outstanding garden with swimming pool. Quiet neighborhood, about 1km to the center of Formello.
