We liked everything. The apartment was large and beautiful. The breakfast was delicious. The garden and pool gorgeous and Carletto and his wife were wonderful hosts and provided great information about places to visit in the region.

“Lovely stay in Roman countryside”
We thoroughly enjoyed our few days here.It was beautifully furnished, spotless and very quiet.The garden and surroundings were peaceful and countrified although only 30 min from Rome.An easy train trip into Rome for €1! Carlo and Barbara were delightful hosts and even invited us to sample their delectable dinner one evening on the patio. A drive to Lake Bracciano was a short trip away and a lovely place for lunch. Every need was met and great kindness shown. If we return to Rome we would stay here again.Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable

Words are simply not enough. I'm a frequent international business traveler but this place will wow you, just amazing. Stayed at the apartment for nearly two weeks. Location is great, safe and it's a very accessible area by car, 25 minutes drive from Rome city center. The apartment is top notch, new, comfty and cool, you do not have to make use of AC (which is available) , since it cools down to 17-18 degrees during night time, given 34 (+) degrees right now in June, this is a huge plus. If you are looking for a small 4-5 star apartment for 2 (+) people instead of a hotel, you will find it here. Wifi and telephone work well, which was important for me since I worked from here. It is more a retreat area nestled in a beautiful countryside and two great lakes nearby, optimal for SUP and swimming. Carlo and his family are wonderful people, super friendly, warm-hearted and hospitable. Overall experience 10 out of 10. I would like to come back here next time and I can highly recommend this place 100%. Carlo e Barabara, grazie a tutti, mi sono sentito a casa.
