“Wonderful friendly host, great location, good breakfast”

Everything! Our host was so friendly welcoming and kind. The room is lovely with all the space we needed. Good shower. Comfortable bed. Lovely Italian breakfast on the terrace. Great location right in the centre of the old historic area of the town, away from noisy bars but close enough to good restaurants. Our host gave us a great restaurant recommendation which turned out to be one of the best meals of our trip. Many thanks Tiziana for everything 👏

The location for Via Francigena walkers is perfect, the room is very comfortable and the host is super friendly and helpful. She even provided a very early breakfast so I could make the walk into Rome in good time.

Gorgeous little property in the historic district. Very picturesque. Our hosts were lovely, very helpful and provided a full breakfast for us. The studio was clean and comfortable with air conditioning and a comfy bed. The location was perfect right in town.

Wonder place, amazing hosts. We spent here only one night on our way from Rome to Florence, and everything pas perfect. When we arrived they greeted us with fresh fruits! The room had AC, and we were also supplied with bug repellents (much need around this time of year). All in all - great stay, amazing hosts.

“Welcomed in Formello”

We were totally welcomed and felt very relaxed. Our host was very attentive. The ambience of the outside area and our room was warm and comfortable. We were provided with everything we needed and helped with recomodation and advice with directions. The breakfast was generous, and the hot moka coffee appreciated. We arrived tired and blistered and left refreshed. We continued straight onto Via Francigena, though we would have liked to stay longer.

Tiziana is the best host we've ever met. She is welcoming, very friendly and helpfull. The terrace is nicely decorated with a lot of plants. The room is basic as we expected.

Utterly charming, delightful place to stay in the heart of what must surely be one of the most exquisite of tiny ancient hamlets on the outskirts of Rome. The hosts are of a character to complement perfectly their house and its surroundings - generous, beautiful manners and immensely hospitable. This is a jewel of a place in every regard.

Solo traveller on the VF and this was the perfect location. Lovely terrace full of plants, large clean bedroom. Excellent breakfast spread offered in the morning. The host gave me the nicest welcome with cold water and fresh watermelon, and offered an amazing breakfast spread in the morning. I really would recommend you stay here either whilst on the Via Francigena or if in Formello for any other reason. Cannot recommend highly enough
