“Fabulous B&B - great for the Via Francigena”
This is a really beautiful property, furnished tastefully to the highest standards. Our hostess, Mirella, is a lovely, super-helpful person. She welcomed us with a drink, and offered to drive us to an excellent restaurant on the other side of Formello (La Pineta). When we'd finished our meal, she was there to pick us up. Our room is comfortable and spotlessly clean, and breakfast was delicious with a wide choice of options. The views from here are wide - Formello in one direction and Roma in another, with a working farmyard and fields that sometimes have families if wild boar passing through.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The place was very clean and tidy, with a beautiful view .The landlord was easy to communicate with, making everything seamless. Their hospitality really stood out, and I appreciated how welcoming the experience was. I look forward to returning on my next trip! Highly recommended.

“An excellent experience at a beautiful place!”
Mirella was a very welcoming great host and the facilities are excellent. My bicycle was secure for the night. Breakfast was excellent and she sent me off with a snack for my ride. Thank you!

“Excellent, and very comfortable”
The location suited us meeting with family who live in Formello, only 30mins to Rome. The property was absolutely perfect and the room was spotlessly clean. The owners were very friendly and hospitable. I would highly recommend this property if a smaller, rural location is preferred

“An exception host and memorable stay”
Mirella was an exceptional host. Everything about our stay was brilliant. The highlight being invited to join the family picking the olive harvest. Rooms were spotless, our welcome tea & cake very much appreciated after a long cycle. Then Mirella dropped us into town and picked us up after our evening meal. A memorable enjoyable stay

Very warm welcome. Good sized rooms, super clean bathroom. Owners drove us to the restaurant and picked us up again...Very nice breakfast on the sunny terrace.

“Wonderful stay, wonderful views and wonderful host”
One of the best places I stayed in during my month walk in Italy. The host went out of her way to be helpful even though her husband haddied that day. offered to take me to get food I had someand told her to go and spend time with her familyWoderful. Big breakfast and packed me a lunch

“Spacious and impeccably clean B&B with friendly owner”
Really friendly and lively owner. Good breakfast. Excellent large room which was spotlessly clean. Secure place to leave our bikes. The owner gave us a lift to a restaurant and picked us up afterwards as we didn't have a car. The house is on the edge of the town so there are nice views to open countryside.

the house is Amazing as the Host as well. really beautiful owner who welcomed us with a smile on her face. the room we slept in beats every 4 star hotel in Rome or near Rome which is much expensive as well. we ll be back definitely.

“Place like home!”
I highly recommend this place! Mirella and her husband (the owners) were more than welcoming and helpul. I was traveling by bike and it was raining and expectionally cold, so they took me by car to a very nice restaurant and picked me up again. The breakfast was more than one can wish for. The room itself was very clean and quite spacious. nicely furnished and recently renovated. if there’d be the option to give extra points and stars - this place deserves the best rating in history of booking.com
