“Hotel not available during nigth as self service machine is broken and nobody cares...”
After notifying hotel that I flight was delayed and I will come late finally I arrived at 1am. Hotel was closed and self service machine was not working, after 45 minutes of calls to remote hotel help hotel's manager was not reachable and my accommodation was not possible. In the middle of the nigth I had to look for different hotel. Even though hotel promised to wire back prepaid 100% fee nothing was returned and nobody is answering emails. Such bad treatment of customer I have never met before. Person working at reception confirmed that self service machine is often not working but nobody is reapairing it... have a good stay at such "professional" hotel...

When reviewing a hotel it is essential to based ratings on the price. You cannot compare with hotels that cost 2 or 3 times more. For the price, this simple Ibis hotel is excellent value for money. Of course the rooms are very small and there is no desk, but it is clean and suitable for a single guest or even a couple for a quick overnight stop while on the road. The bathroom was fairly large and the bed comfortable. We have stayed at other Ibis hotels with better designed rooms in the past, but for the price it is hard to be too critical. The staff was extremely friendly. Thank you!
