“A gem in Fontevraud”
This place is a true gem! We were looking for accommodation near the Abbaye de Fontevraud and found this Airbnb, which turned out to be exceptional. The host was wonderful—she provided clear instructions about finding the keys and was very communicative throughout. She also kindly allowed us to stay until 11 a.m., which was priceless after arriving from San Francisco that same morning, attending a wedding, and being completely exhausted by nightfall. The neighborhood is lovely as well. We truly wish we could have stayed longer to explore more!

Lovely decoration, a lot of thought has gone into the renovation. Lovely bathroom. Hosts very kindly came to the property as I had lost my phone and they had not had a response to their checking in messages.

Great location, very comfortable, chic decor and every amenity. Particularly liked that there was a kitchen area which had everything one needed. The bedroom was large, bathroom extremely well appointed.

“Beautiful and comfortable apartment right in the heart of Fontevraud.”
The property was well designed with lovely French furnishings and had all of the amenities we could need. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. We were within a minute of the village square, boulangerie, the abbey and restaurants. Parking was easy. A lovely place to stay for a night.

We stayed in the room located at the 2nd floor. There is an entry hall that gives extra space, a kitchenette. Charming and clean. Very close to the abbey.
