“Italy as you imagine it”
When choosing accommodation, my husband and I chose a quiet peaceful location with good cleanliness ratings and nice, friendly hosts. The idea was to have a good starting point for excursions - from where we will travel by car or train around the cities and landscapes of regions Friuli Venezia Giulia and Veneto. Everything we wanted - we got, but much more! Arriving at a wonderful family property tucked away in fields, hedges and bosks, we got kind and accommodating hosts and a wonderful place to rest and recharge our batteries. The room was clean and spacious, beautiful as in the pictures, the bed comfortable and spacious. Although we stayed in mid-June, the accommodation was very pleasant. Breakfast was incredibly rich and was a delight for all the senses, especially arranged in the garden. Alessandra and Nikola are really trying to please, but also to help in every way. Pedantic, punctual, friendly, open to conversation, every day they gave us incredibly good and precise advice on what to see, where to eat and how to travel to the chosen location. We hope to meet again with our hosts during the next vacation in this part of Italy. Alessandra and Nikola, you are exceptional hosts and great professionals; we wish you good luck in your work!

“Town and country perfect balance”
What can I say! Impossible to fault this establishment. From the moment we arrived we felt welcome and cared for thanks to Alessandra and Nicola the owners. The property is a beautiful farmhouse tastefully furnished set in acres of land cultivated with everything possible. Our rooms were exceedingly comfortable with big comfy beds and pristine linen. Cleanliness throughout second to none. And the breakfast …..oodles of food from croissants to cake and cereal yoghurts fruit fresh from the trees. Absolutely wonderful. Can’t praise it enough. We will certainly stay again if in the area and totally recommend.
