Overview
Set at an altitude of 350 metres, SarAnd Relais-Adults Only has its own swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas. It is 8 km outside Fondi, and 12 km from the seaside in Sperlonga. SarAnd Relais-Adults Only is a family-run farmhouse surrounded by nature, and set on the border of the Monti Aurunci Nature Reserve. All rooms have a private patio. Each is air conditioned, and features a TV and minibar. A free internet terminal is available at reception. It is possible to book a place on the beach at a nearby bathing establishment in Sperlonga with which has an agreement with SarAnd Relais-Adults Only. You can enjoy local specialities at the on-site restaurant, which features a panoramic terrace overlooking the Pontine Islands. Personalised menus and special dishes can be arranged on request.

Pool is great size, and there were plenty of sunbeds available. The Drinks and ordering of them was easy, and they were good value for money. Evening menu was great, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Balu was a wonderful treat as well!

Very peaceful, fantastic views, lovely staff, great food and the accommodation was superb. We bought olive oil and marmalade made on the property and it was delicious. Would go back for a relaxing weekend if I didn't live in Australia.

The staff were all amazing. Very lovely, very helpful and genuine. Andrea is a legend. The property is lovely and is away from civilisation which was nice. The pool was excellent and being able to order drinks and food by the pool is so awesome. I will definitely go back.

It was wonderful! The staff was very, very nice and accommodating. They couldn't be better! The cleanliness was spot-on, and the food was fantastic. The best breakfast we have ever had in Italy... The view is beautiful, and we really enjoyed the pool service. We highly recommend this hotel!
