Room was very clean, new and beautiful with all the commodities. Host was friendly and kind always ready to help and support. Position was great, easy to park and easy to reach the center by walking. I will definitely come back when I will travel again in Fondi/Sperlonga!

exceptional. wonderful location in old town a few minutes walk from castle and main sights few minutes walk from cotral bus stop warm welcome from hosts room minimalistic modernised but tasteful design very clean excellent lighting wifi very good. loved the coffee provided for breakfast in the bar one minute away by old Roman gate. host very kindly provided a platter of fresh fruit to cater for plant based diet

“Histroical accommodation in Histrorical city”
excellent facilities and location. The property is part of a former Benedictine monastery with many fascinating architectural details - including a well in reception! All rooms and facilities are modern and well designed my room had a balcony over looking the street and a kitchenette. I plan to return and stay longer Fondi is a beautiful historical city (Breakfast is in an excellent cafe 3 mins away- excellent!)

We were very surprised by the location, the town itself, the restaurant around the corner, the friendly people everywhere, the nice clean room. In short, we had a great time!
